Warehouse Operative - Southampton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with Delamode in Southampton. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring that customer stock is handled with care and accuracy.

Shift Patterns:
• Shifts Rotate every 2 weeks: 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00

Pay Rates:
• 12.71 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Candidates must be permitted to work 40 hours per week.
• Must check the commute distance and available transport to the site at Reedsway, Southampton, SO15 0GN.
• Must be able to work rotational shifts: 06:00–14:00 for two weeks, then 14:00–22:00 for the following two weeks.
• Must be comfortable carrying out repetitive manual tasks, including heavy lifting and handling items, and standing or walking for most of the shift.
• A basic level of English communication and reading is required.
• Must have safety shoes.
