DO&CO - Host (Reception) - Hounslow

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Host (Reception) to work with a leading premium catering company in Hounslow. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and employees, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Shift Patterns:
• Any 5 days out of 7 on a rotational rota.
• Rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required by the business.

Pay Rates:
• 13.50 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for DO&CO - Host (Reception):
• Complete 5-year work, education, and address history with no gaps.
• Ability to pass a Basic DBS check and airside security clearance.
• No unspent convictions that would prevent security clearance.
• Long-term UK work rights (British Passport, ILR, or Settled Status).
• Ability to provide an HMRC employment history letter.
• Must be able to travel to the site within 40 minutes.

Skills and Qualifications for DO&CO - Host (Reception):
• Previous experience in reception, front desk, hospitality, or administration.
• Experience working in a busy or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using visitor management or booking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• High attention to detail.
