At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative Days to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Northampton. This role involves working on a fresh production line, handling various food products, and ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.

Shift Patterns:
• 5 out of 7 days including weekends
• 06:00 - 14:30
• Overtime available after 42 hours
• 20-minute tea break and 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Pay Rates:
• 13.75 GBP hourly ,OT 17.19  GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Operative Days:
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks
• Follow supervisor instructions respectfully
• Work effectively as part of a team by helping coworkers

Role for Production Operative Days:
• Assist with the production process on a fresh food line
• Pack and wrap food products efficiently
• Perform quality control checks and remove defective items
• Follow recipes to mix or cut ingredients using machinery
• Weigh and measure ingredients according to customer specifications
• Store and stack food in designated areas
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and handle meat products safely
