FLT Picker - Worksop

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an FLT Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks, including operating specialized equipment and managing stock.

Shift patterns:
• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Fixed shifts available: 06.00-14.00, 14.00-22.00, or 22.00-06.00
• Includes a 30-minute unpaid break per day

Pay rates:
• 13.20 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for FLT Picker:
• Minimum 18 years old
• Previous warehouse experience or willingness to undergo full forklift picking training
• Physically fit for manual handling duties
• Own transport if living outside the Worksop area (within 40 minutes travel time)

Desirable requirements for FLT Picker:
• Valid forklift licence or recent experience on Reach Truck or VNA truck
• Strong team player with a high level of flexibility
• Demonstrates self-awareness, responsibility, and a strong duty of care

Role for FLT Picker:
• Operate FLT Reach, VNA, and PPT equipment
• Perform pallet and case picking tasks
• Manage stock reallocation and replenishment
• Handle loading and unloading of goods
• Complete general warehouse duties including picking and packing
