Abattoir Operative - Spalding

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Abattoir Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Spalding. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, maintaining high standards of health, safety, and product quality.

Shift patterns:
• 5 days out of 7
• Hygiene Op: 13:30 - 22:00
• Abattoir Operative: 06:30 - 15:30
• Hanging Hall Op: 05:30 - 14:30
• Packing Op: 07:30 - 16:00

Pay rates:
• 13.01 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Abattoir Operative:
• Intermediate level of English
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Role for Abattoir Operative:
• Support daily production activities to meet customer order targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Maintain high levels of product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
