Warehouse Operative PM Savers - Darlington

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative PM to work with a leading retail company in Darlington. In this role, you will be responsible for handling products, organizing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. You will work as part of a team and have opportunities to learn and develop your skills.

Shift patterns:
• Flexibility required
• Sunday - Saturday: 14:00 till 22:00
• Overtime available on Sundays and Saturdays

Pay rates:
• 12.91 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Warehouse Operative PM:
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks and follow supervisor instructions respectfully
• Work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed
• Basic English and Math proficiency
• Availability to work 40 hours a week
• Must not be on a student Visa

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Operative PM:
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good record of attendance in previous roles
• Experience working to targets and attention to detail
• Familiarity with basic warehouse health and safety procedures
• Manual handling experience
• Team player with good communication, punctuality, and a proactive, adaptable attitude
