Food Production Operative – Linton / Haverhill Area – £14.15/hr

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Food Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Linton. You will play a key role in supporting daily production activities, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Shift Patterns:
• Monday to Friday from 5.30 pm to 2 am

Pay Rates:
• 14.15 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Food Production Operative:
• Own transport is essential due to the site location in Linton (CB21 4JD) as there is no public transport available.
• No formal qualifications are required for this role.
• Ability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Desirable Requirements for Food Production Operative:
• Previous experience working in a temperature-controlled food manufacturing environment.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Role for Food Production Operative:
• Processing and packing fresh meat products, including pork.
• Mixing and blending ingredients according to production specifications.
• Labelling finished products to meet customer order requirements.
• Following site procedures to ensure health, safety, and food quality standards are met.
