Warehouse Operative - Gloucester

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading logistics company in Gloucester. This role is essential for the smooth operation of e-commerce order processing and requires a dedicated individual who is comfortable with manual handling and maintaining high standards of safety.

Shift Patterns:
• Monday to Sunday, working 5 days out of 7.
• Current working hours are 12:00–20:00.
• Future shift pattern will transition to 14:00–22:00.

Pay Rates:
• 13.45 GBP hourly

Must-have Requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Minimum of 3 months’ warehouse experience.
• Legally permitted to work 40 hours per week in the UK.
• Reliable transport to the site at 10 Indurent Park, Gloucester, GL10 3EZ, United Kingdom.
• Availability to work Monday to Sunday with flexibility for additional hours.
• Suitable level of English for workplace communication and reading instructions.

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Basic level of English communication and reading.
• Team player, motivated to grow, learn, and get involved.

Role for Warehouse Operative:
• Picking, packing, wrapping, and labelling e-commerce orders.
• Handling and moving stock safely within the warehouse.
• Completing manual handling tasks as required.
