Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance - Gosport

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance to work with a leading manufacturing company in Gosport. This role is essential for maintaining the efficient flow of goods and ensuring high standards of safety and quality within the warehouse.

Shift Patterns:
• 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm rotating shifts on weekdays
• Training days will be 08:00 - 16:00

Pay Rates:
• 15.25 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance:
• Experience with Reach and/or Counterbalance FLTs
• A UK driving licence

Skills and Qualifications for Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance:
• Relevant NVQ
• Qualified to GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English grade C or above
• A current Electrical Ride on Pallet Truck Certificate
• PC Literate
• Organised and proactive approach
• Flexible in terms of tasks undertaken
• Good communication skills and ability to build working relationships
• Capable of working on own and in a team

Role Responsibilities for Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance:
• Receive, handle and despatch goods safely and accurately
• Utilise the warehouse management system effectively
• Manage storage, handling, picking and locating of finished goods and raw materials
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety procedures
