Production Operative - Corby

Shift Patterns:
• 06:00-18:00 or 07:00-19:00, working any 4 days out of 7.
• Overtime is available during peak periods.

Pay Rates:
• 12.71 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Operative:
• Own transport is required due to the client's location.

Desirable Requirements for Production Operative:
• Basic English language level.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Role for Production Operative:
• Operate efficiently to meet daily production targets with 100% order accuracy.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures at all times.
• Produce, label, pack, and palletise products according to specifications.
• Maintain clean work areas and adhere to personal hygiene and site security standards.
• Support management and colleagues while working flexibly across departments.
