Warehouse Operative - Worksop

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks to support daily operations and ensure efficient stock management.

Shift patterns:
• Monday to Friday Rotational shifts Days/Afters (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)

Pay rates:
• 13.20 GBP hourly
• Overtime is paid at x1.5 rate after 37.5 hours worked
• Overtime paid at x2 rate applies only at client's discretion for working a 7th day in a week, if applicable

Requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Availability to work Full Time as this is not a job for students
• You must be 18 or over to be able to apply for the role

Role for Warehouse Operative:
• Performing pallet rework and stock repacking
• Handling general warehouse duties including loading and unloading
• Engaging in manual handling and heavy lifting as required
• Participating in warehouse hygiene duties
• Undergoing training and operating a forklift
