Hygiene Operative - Corby

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Corby. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and compliance within the production environment.

Shift Patterns:
• 5 nights out of 7, including weekends
• Availability to follow a weekly rota

Pay Rates:
• 14.00 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Hygiene Operative:
• Own transport
• Availability to work 5 evenings out of seven, including weekends
• Availability to follow a weekly rota

Desirable Requirements for Hygiene Operative:
• Experience in Hygiene roles is advantageous
• Team player with good attendance
• Punctual with good communication skills

Role for Hygiene Operative:
• Carry out post-production cleaning in line with hygiene procedures, GMP and KPIs to ensure food safety, quality and compliance
• Work safely at all times, following H&S procedures, JTAs and PPE requirements
• Liaise proactively with hygiene leaders and report issues promptly
• Maintain site security and personal hygiene standards
• Support colleagues and remain flexible to work across departments as needed
