Production Operative - Corby

Shift patterns:
• 06:00-18:00 / 07:00-19:00, any 4 days out of 7.
• Overtime opportunities available during peak periods.

Pay rates:
• 12.71 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Production Operative:
• Own transport is essential due to the site location.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
• Basic English language skills.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
• Good communication skills.
• Proactive and positive attitude.

Role for Production Operative:
• Operate production machinery efficiently to meet daily targets.
• Ensure 100% order accuracy during the packing and labelling process.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace at all times.
