FLT Picker - Worksop

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an FLT Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks, including operating machinery and managing stock to ensure efficient operations.

Shift Patterns:
• Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
• Available shifts: Days 06.00-18.00 or Nights 18.00-06.00.
• Each 12-hour shift includes one 30-minute unpaid break and one 15-minute unpaid break.

Pay Rates:
• 13.20 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for FLT Picker:
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Previous warehouse experience or willingness to undergo full forklift picking training.
• Own transport if living outside the Worksop area.
• Travel time within 40 minutes.
• Physically fit for manual handling duties.

Desirable Requirements for FLT Picker:
• Forklift licence or previous recent experience on Reach Truck, VNA truck, or other forklift types.
• Team player with flexibility, self-awareness, responsibility, and a strong duty of care.

Role for FLT Picker:
• Operate FLT Reach and VNA trucks.
• Perform PPT picking and pallet or case picking.
• Manage stock reallocation and replenishment.
• Handle loading and unloading of goods.
• Complete general warehouse duties including picking and packing.
