Warehouse operative – Picker - Portbury

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse operative – Picker to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Portbury. You will be working for the client in Portbury.

Shift patterns:
• Shifts: rotating shifts 08:00–16:30 / 14:00–22:30. Candidates must be flexible and available to work both shifts based on client requirements and workload. Any 5 out of 7 (weekend included 5 days per week not guaranteed)

Pay rates:
• £13.96  hourly

Essential requirements for Warehouse operative – Picker:
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks
• Follow supervisor instructions respectfully
• Work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed
• Basic English Level

Your role for Warehouse operative – Picker:
• Efficiently pick items according to customer orders and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
• Use warehouse equipment safely to move and organize stock
• Perform quality checks on items to ensure they meet company standards
• Support general warehouse operations and inventory management tasks
