At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative Days AM/PM to work with a leading logistics company in Coventry. This role involves general warehouse duties, including moving stock with pump trucks, wrapping pallets, and accurately preparing orders with a strong focus on detail.
Shift Patterns:
• 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm rotating each week.
Pay Rates:
• 12.71 GBP hourly
Must-have Requirements for Warehouse Operative Days AM/PM:
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including early, late, and weekend patterns when required.
• Good spoken English to ensure clear communication with supervisors and team members.
• Ability to read and follow detailed product instructions, labels, and process documentation accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling mixed product lines or variable order specifications.
• Reliability and punctuality, as consistent attendance is critical for maintaining workflow.
• Basic numeracy skills for counting stock, checking quantities, and completing simple documentation.
