Production Operative - Llanidloes

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Llanidloes. You will support daily production activities, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Shift Patterns:
• 06:00 - 14:00, Monday to Friday, Fixed shift

Pay Rates:
• 13.00 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Operative:
• Must have your own transport to reach the site
• Ability to start work at 06:00
• Capable of lifting up to 20kg

Role for Production Operative:
• Support day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient order fulfillment
• Handle raw food products as part of a team
• Perform routine tasks related to the slaughtering and dressing of lamb carcasses
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and site procedures
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and product quality
