Forklift Driver Nights - Dunstable

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Driver Nights to work with a leading retail company in Dunstable. This role involves operating reach trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently.

Shift patterns:
• Any 5 out of 7 ,2200-0600

Pay rates:
• 17.84 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift Driver Nights:
• 6-12 months of Reach truck driving experience
• Ability to load and unload goods safely
• Experience with pallet handling and stacking
• Proficiency in working within busy warehouse environments
• Strong understanding of safe load handling and pedestrian safety
• Ability to identify hazards and complete pre-use equipment checks
• Good level of English

Desirable requirements for Forklift Driver Nights:
• Additional forklift licences
• Training in manual handling and working at height
• Background experience in the retail industry
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Willingness to support picking and other departments

Role for Forklift Driver Nights:
• Operate FLT equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, and store stock accurately
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report defects
• Follow all Health and Safety procedures and site rules
• Support team leaders with various warehouse duties
