At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative Part Timeerative to work with a leading company in the retail and logistics sector in Kirton in Lindsey. This role involves manual handling and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns:
• 14:00 - 23:00
• Saturday and Sunday
• Fixed shift pattern

Pay Rates:
• 14.30 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Operative Part Time:
• Physically fit for standing for long periods of time
• Capable of heavy lifting of goods over 25kg
• Able to bend, reach above the head, crouch, and stretch
• Capable of pushing and pulling loads over 25kg
• Must have own transport as no public transport is available
• Must reside within a 35-40 minute drive of the site
• Good level of communication in English

Skills and Experience for Warehouse Operative Part Time:
• Previous warehouse knowledge
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems

Role Responsibilities for Warehouse Operative Part Time:
• Picking heavy goods using a manual pump truck
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Receiving and putting away stock
• Maintaining general warehouse hygiene
• Working collaboratively in teams of 2 or 3 people
