Production Operative - Linton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Linton. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, maintaining high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality.

Shift Patterns:
• Monday to Friday from 5.30 pm to 2 am

Pay Rates:
• 14.15 GBP hourly

Requirements for Production Operative:
• Own transport is essential due to the site location (postcode: CB21 4JD) as there is no public transport available.
• No formal qualifications are required for this role.
• Ability to process and pack products, including mixing, blending, and labelling fresh meat products.
• Availability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Skills for Production Operative:
• Previous experience working in a temperature-controlled, food manufacturing environment.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
