Picker Packer - Burton upon Trent

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker Packer to work with a leading bookseller in Burton upon Trent.

Shift patterns:
• Working any 5 days out of 7, including Sundays.
• Working hours: 22:00-06:00.
• Shifts are confirmed daily within the Job&Talent app.

Pay rates:
• 17.09 GBP hourly.

Essential requirements for Picker Packer:
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Must be able to travel to and from the site for late-night finishes.
• Must live within a 15-mile radius of the site.
• Must be available to work every Sunday.
• Must be comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Full-time availability only.

Desirable requirements for Picker Packer:
• Previous warehouse experience.

Role for Picker Packer:
• Picking and packing books and managing stock.
• Reporting any errors, damages, or quality issues.
• Following standard operating procedures and company policies.
• Maintaining high levels of health and safety awareness.
• Assisting with inventory counting and stock investigations.
