At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Loaders to work with a leading airline catering company in Braintree. You will support the catering operation by managing meal carts, food supplies, and equipment in a fast-paced, chilled environment while ensuring strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.

Shift patterns:
• 06:00am to 02:00pm and 02:00pm to 10:00pm
• Rotational shift pattern requiring flexibility to work weekends when needed

Pay rates:
• £14.92 hourly

Must-have requirements for Loader:
• Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and strong teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends
• Must successfully complete a 5-year background check, DBS check, and AVSEC training (provided)

Desirable requirements for Loader:
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, food production, or airline catering environment
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene procedures
• A proactive approach, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tasks
• Strong communication skills and good time management

Role for Loader:
• Load and unload meal carts, food supplies, and equipment
• Move stock efficiently across the facility
• Prepare orders for dispatch according to operational requirements
