Production Operative - Corby

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Corby. You will play a key role in ensuring daily production targets are met with high accuracy while maintaining strict safety and hygiene standards.

Shift Patterns:
• 06:00-18:00 or 07:00-19:00
• Any 4 days out of 7
• Overtime available during peak periods

Pay Rates:
• 12.71 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Production Operative:
• Own transport is required due to the client's location

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
• Basic English level
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is desired but not essential
• Good communication skills
• Proactive attitude

Role for Production Operative:
• Operate efficiently to meet daily production targets with 100% order accuracy
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures at all times
• Produce, label, pack and palletise products correctly to specification
• Meet despatch times and maintain clean work areas and personal hygiene
• Comply with site security and work flexibly across departments when required
