Production Operative Nights - Northampton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative Nights to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Northampton.

Shift Patterns:
• 5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends
• Shift time: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Overtime available after 42 hours
• Includes a 20-minute tea break and a 30-minute unpaid break

Pay Rates:
• 14.95 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Operative Nights:
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks
• Follow supervisor instructions respectfully
• Work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed

Role for Production Operative Nights:
• Work on a fresh production line and assist with the production process
• Pack and wrap food products according to specifications
• Perform quality control to ensure high standards and remove defective items
• Follow recipes to mix, cut, weigh, and measure ingredients
• Maintain hygiene standards and handle various types of meat
• Store and stack food in designated containers and storage areas
