Production Operative - Corby

Shift Patterns:
• 06:00-18:00 or 07:00-19:00, working any 4 days out of 7.
• Overtime is available during peak periods.

Pay Rates:
• 12.71 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Production Operative:
• Own transport is required due to the location of the site.

Skills and qualifications for Production Operative:
• Basic English level.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is desired but not essential.
• Good communication skills.
• Proactive attitude.

Role responsibilities for Production Operative:
• Operate efficiently to meet daily production targets with 100% order accuracy.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures at all times.
• Produce, label, pack, and palletise products correctly to specification.
• Meet despatch times and maintain clean work areas and personal hygiene.
• Comply with site security and work flexibly across departments when required.
