Warehouse Stock Admin - Worksop

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Stock Admin to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. This role involves managing order processing, system reconciliation, and coordinating with operations to ensure smooth warehouse performance.

Shift Patterns:
• Monday to Friday rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
• Working days may be adjusted at client request during peak periods.

Pay Rates:
• 14.13 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Stock Admin:
• Strong PC literacy and hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience using Warehouse Management Systems.
• Understanding of logistics sector working environments.
• Full-time availability and ability to commute to Worksop within 45 minutes.
• Willingness to assist on the warehouse floor for physical checks and stock investigations.

Skills and Qualifications for Warehouse Stock Admin:
• Experience investigating inventory discrepancies, stock losses, or batch tracking issues.
• Confident verbal and written communication for coordinating with transport teams and clients.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety standards in a modern distribution center.
• Ability to thrive under pressure with shifting dispatch priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and resilience.
• Proactive problem-solving and effective time management.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Previous experience with SAP is beneficial, though comprehensive training will be provided.

Role Responsibilities for Warehouse Stock Admin:
• Process order downloads within the Warehouse Management System (BlueYonder).
• Liaise with operations regarding order waves and dispatch schedules.
• Complete delivery bookings with clients and maintain accurate Excel documentation.
• Perform system reconciliation using SAP.
