At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Operations Lead to work with a leading smart-mobility provider in Nottingham. This company offers a range of mobility products, including e-assist bicycles and electric scooters, helping cities move more efficiently.

Shift patterns:
• Any 5 days out of 7, 8am-4pm.
• Flexibility is required, including availability to work weekends and evenings.

Pay rates:
• 16.65 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Operations Lead:
• Previous experience in an Operations Lead or similar management role, ideally in the logistics sector.
• Proven experience leading and motivating teams.
• Strong organisational and shift planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
• Reliable, proactive, and results-driven.
• Flexible to work weekends and travel between offices in South and North London.

Skills and qualifications for Operations Lead:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar operational environment.
• Previous leadership or team-training experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a mechanically minded approach.
• Ability to lift up to 30kg on a frequent basis.
• Ability to use mobile applications and learn new tools and systems.
• Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Understanding of operational KPIs, analytics, and performance.
• Ability to work effectively with external suppliers and logistics partners.

Role responsibilities for Operations Lead:
• Oversee daily operational activities and team performance.
• Manage shift planning and resource allocation to ensure service continuity.
• Monitor and report on operational KPIs to drive performance improvements.
