Production Operative - Swinton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading bakery company in Swinton. This role is essential to the manufacturing process, where you will ensure that high-quality products are produced efficiently in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Shift Patterns:
• 2 days, 2 nights and 4 days off
• Ability to work full time with 6am and 6pm start times, including weekends

Pay Rates:
• £12.88 hourly

Essential requirements for Production Operative:
• Good English level in communication, reading and writing
• Ability to work full time across the required shift patterns

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
• Flexibility regarding shift changes
• Previous experience in food production, hygiene, or a warehouse environment

Role for Production Operative:
• Operate manufacturing machinery to maintain production flow
• Monitor product quality to ensure company standards are met
