Warehouse Operative - Wick, Littlehampton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading company in the beauty and cosmetics sector in Wick. You will play a key role in ensuring our products reach customers efficiently.

Shift Patterns:
• Early shift (6am-2pm).

Pay Rates:
• 12.77 GBP hourly

Must-have Requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Own transport to and from work to ensure punctual arrival for shift starts.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Proficiency in picking and packing items using a voice headset.
• Physical capability to work standing for the duration of the shift and lift up to 12kg.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• Strong timekeeping and work ethic.
• Adaptability to changing warehouse demands.

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Previous warehouse experience in picking and packing.
• Prior experience using voice picking headsets.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical stamina and fitness.
• Safety-conscious mindset.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for problem-solving.

Role for Warehouse Operative:
• Picking and packing orders of cosmetic products.
• Utilizing scan guns, PCs, and voice pick systems.
• Operating an electric pump truck.
• Assembling gift sets.
• Performing rework tasks, including the over-labeling of goods.
