Warehouse Operative - Kettering

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading logistics company in Kettering. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily warehouse operations.

Shift Patterns:
• 5 days out of 7 including weekends, schedule provided by client

Pay Rates:
• 14.63 GBP hourly

Requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Lifting up to 25Kg on a daily basis

Role for Warehouse Operative:
• Picking items using a voice-activated headset
• Safely operating a Low Level Order Picker in a fast-paced environment
• Stacking items in cages to maximize space and ensure safe transit
• Meeting and exceeding site pick targets while maintaining high accuracy
• General housekeeping to ensure a safe and productive work environment
