Warehouse Operative PM - Kettering

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative PM to work with a leading logistics company in Kettering. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of service expected at their busy distribution facility.

Shift Patterns:
• 5 days out of 7 including weekends, with weekend availability being mandatory. The schedule is provided by the client at the beginning of the assignment.

Pay Rates:
• 16.47 GBP hourly

Requirements for Warehouse Operative PM:
• Lifting up to 25Kg on a daily basis.

Role responsibilities for Warehouse Operative PM:
• Picking items using a voice-activated headset.
• Safely operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy to meet and exceed site pick targets.
• Safely stacking items in cages to ensure secure transit to stores and hubs.
• Performing general housekeeping to keep the work area clean, tidy, and safe.
