Dispatch Checker - Worksop

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Dispatch Checker to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. This role is essential for ensuring that all orders are accurately checked and prepared for dispatch, maintaining the high standards expected in a busy warehouse environment.

Shift patterns:
• Monday to Friday rotational shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.

Pay rates:
• 13.20 GBP hourly.

Must-have requirements for Dispatch Checker:
• Attention to detail.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Available for full-time work, minimum 5 days/week (40 hours).
• Commute distance within 40 minutes.

Desirable requirements for Dispatch Checker:
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Punctual, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work as part of a team or at own initiative.

Role for Dispatch Checker:
• Check every picked pallet before dispatch and loading.
• Split down case-pick pallets accurately.
• Count stock and verify quantities against dispatch notes.
• Identify picking errors or discrepancies.
• Communicate issues effectively to relevant warehouse teams.
