Production Operative - Hounslow

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company specializing in premium catering services in Hounslow. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about food service, contributing to a team that values excellence in production.

Shift patterns:
• Any 5 days out of 7, on a rotational rota.
• Rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.
• Flexibility to work both shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.

Pay rates:
• 12.71 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Production Operative:
• Provide a full 5-year work, education, and address history with no gaps.
• If you lived outside the UK for over 6 months, an overseas criminal record check will be required.
• A Basic DBS check is mandatory for airside clearance, and you must have no unspent convictions that prevent clearance.
• You must hold long-term UK work rights (British passport, ILR, or Settled Status).
• An HMRC employment letter is required.
• You must live within 40 minutes of the site for 6am shifts and be flexible with shifts and days.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
• Previous experience in a similar fast-moving, trolley-based, or temperature-controlled environment is preferred.
• Experience working within a diverse, multi-cultural team is an advantage.
• Ability to perform regular manual handling and heavy lifting of up to 25 kg.
• Strong team player who is adaptable and flexible in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable, punctual, respectful, and detail-oriented with clear communication skills.
• A positive, energetic, can-do attitude and the drive to work in a fast-paced setting.
