Copack Operatives - Worksop

Intro: At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Copack Operatives to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations and supporting daily distribution activities.

Shift Patterns:
• 08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday (Fixed)

Pay Rates:
• 12.95 GBP hourly

Requirements for Copack Operatives:
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks
• Follow supervisor instructions respectfully
• Work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed

Role for Copack Operatives:
• Perform pallet rework and stock repacking
• Handle loading and unloading of goods
• Maintain general warehouse hygiene standards
• Operate pump trucks and use wrapping foil for inventory preparation
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including manual handling and heavy lifting
