Production Operative - Bodmin

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Bodmin. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, maintaining high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality.

Shift patterns:
• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 to 16:30

Pay rates:
• 12.94 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Production Operative:
• Own transport is essential due to the site location as no public transport is available.
• No formal qualifications are required.
• Ability to process and pack products including mixing, blending, and labelling fresh meat.
• Availability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
• Familiarity with working in a temperature-controlled, food manufacturing environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Role for Production Operative:
• Support daily production activities to meet customer orders.
• Maintain strict health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Follow site procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation, packing, and labelling of fresh meat products.
