Warehouse Operative - Coventry

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading logistics company in Coventry. This role involves managing the flow of goods, specifically electronics, and ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently and safely.

Shift patterns:
• 14:30 - 23:00, Monday to Friday, Fixed shift.

Pay rates:
• 13.39 GBP hourly.

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Previous experience in a warehouse operative role is essential.
• Successful candidates must complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process.

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Any previous MHE experience would be beneficial.

Role for Warehouse Operative:
• Receive, unload, and check incoming goods against delivery notes.
• Store products accurately in designated warehouse areas.
• Perform order picking and packaging with high accuracy, primarily handling electronics.
• Prepare goods for dispatch, including labelling and wrapping.
• Operate pump trucks and maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
