At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for  Warehouse Operatives to work with Unipart JCB, ST14 5JP, a leading company known for its expertise in logistics and supply chain management. Unipart JCB provides comprehensive services, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation solutions.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Thursday: 07:00-16:00, Friday 07:00 - 12:00 

Pay Rates

• Standard: £14.16 per hour
• Overtime: £21.24 per hour (paid after 39 standard hours)

Requirements

• Experience in manual handling, auditing parts, and general warehouse duties
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good stamina, as heavy lifting is involved
• Ability to work well as part of a busy team

Responsibilities

• Carry out general warehouse duties
• Manually handle materials and components safely
• Audit and check parts and materials
• Move pallets, components, and materials to designated storage or production areas
• Work as part of a busy yard operation with frequent HGV, vehicle, and pedestrian movement
• Pick and pack materials for the constantly moving production environment
• Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
• Adhere to site procedures and guidelines
