Forklift Driver - Arenson Way, Houghton Regis, Dunstable LU5 4RZ, United Kingdom

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Driver to work with a leading fragrance retailer in Dunstable. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse, managing team activities, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Shift patterns:
• Mornings (6:15am to 2:30pm)
• Afternoon (2:45pm to 11pm)
• Nights (9:45pm to 6:00am)

Pay rates:
• 14.91 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift Driver:
• 6-12 months of reach truck forklift experience
• Ability to perform loading, unloading, and pallet stacking
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Knowledge of safe load handling, hazard identification, and pedestrian safety
• Ability to complete pre-use machinery checks
• Capability to operate machinery for extended periods and perform manual tasks
• Good level of English

Desirable requirements for Forklift Driver:
• Additional forklift licenses
• Training in manual handling and working at height
• Previous experience in the retail industry
• Ability to meet or exceed KPIs
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Willingness to support picking and other warehouse departments
