Warehouse Picker - Tickhill

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Tickhill. This role involves general warehouse duties, including picking paint products using MHE equipment such as HLOP, PPT, and LLOP.

Shift Patterns:
• Working every Saturday and Sunday 06.00-18.00 plus 2 days in between Monday-Friday on a rotating basis (06.00-14.00 / 14.00-22.00).
• 30 minutes unpaid break for 8-hour shifts.
• Additional 15 minutes unpaid break for 12-hour shifts.

Pay Rates:
• £14.81  OT £22.21 hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Picker:
• Must be able to work full time, including weekends, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
• Must be physically fit for manual handling, as products picked can weigh up to 20 litres.
• Must be able to commute to the site location; own transport is required due to location, but public transport is available from Doncaster town centre.
• Must be confident in learning the use of HLOP and PPT equipment.

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Picker:
• Previous MHE experience working on any type of forklift such as PPT, LLOP, HLOP, Reach Truck, or VNA.
• Team player with good communication skills and the ability to work alone.
• Commitment to following site Health and Safety rules and clean as you go policies.

Role for Warehouse Picker:
• Product picking using a scanner and commuting between locations in the warehouse with use of HLOP or PPT.
• Manual handling of stock with weight between 500gr and 20 litres.
• Loading and unloading goods.
• Other general warehouse duties as and when required.
