Customer Service Advisor - Castle Donington

Shift patterns:
• 37.5 hours per week
• 7.5 hours per day, with shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 19:15

Pay rates:
• 15.34 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Customer Service Advisor:
• Must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years
• Must have a clean DBS check
• Must have at least 6 months experience in a call centre environment
• Must have previous sales experience

Desirable requirements for Customer Service Advisor:
• Experience in upselling and sales
