Production Operative - Redruth

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Redruth. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, maintaining high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality while following site procedures.

Shift patterns:
• Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:30

Pay rates:
• 12.94 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Production Operative:
• Own transport is essential due to the site location as there is no public transport available.
• Ability to process and pack products including mixing, blending, and labelling fresh meat products such as pork.
• Availability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
