Production Operative Days - Northampton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative Days to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Northampton. This role involves working on a fresh production line, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

Shift Patterns:
• 5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends
• Shift time: 06:00 - 14:30
• Overtime available after 42 hours
• Includes a 20-minute tea break and a 30-minute unpaid break

Pay Rates:
• 13.75 GBP hourly

Requirements for Production Operative Days:
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks
• Follow supervisor instructions respectfully
• Work effectively as part of a team by helping coworkers whenever needed

Role Responsibilities for Production Operative Days:
• Assist with the production process on a fresh food line
• Pack and wrap food products according to specifications
• Perform quality control checks and remove defective products
• Follow recipes to mix or cut ingredients using machinery or manual methods
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
• Handle various types of meat and maintain hygiene standards
• Store and stack food in designated areas
