Production Operative Nights - Northampton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative Nights to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Northampton. This role involves working on a fresh production line, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns:
• 5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends
• Night shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Overtime available after 42 hours
• Includes a 20-minute tea break and a 30-minute unpaid break

Pay Rates:
• 14.95 GBP hourly

Requirements for Production Operative Nights:
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks
• Follow supervisor instructions respectfully
• Work effectively as part of a team by helping coworkers whenever needed

Role for Production Operative Nights:
• Assist with the overall food production process
• Pack and wrap food products according to specifications
• Perform quality control checks and remove defective items
• Follow recipes to mix or cut ingredients using machinery or manual methods
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
• Handle various types of meat and maintain hygiene standards
• Store and stack food in designated areas

Location: Northampton. This position is based in a key facility in the area.
