Counterbalance/Aisle Master Driver

Pay Rate: £12.78 per hour, increasing to £13.79 per hour once trained
Location: Hams Hall Industrial Estate, Coleshill , B46 1AL
Shift: 7AM - 3:15 PM, Monday to Thursday & 7AM - 10AM on Fridays

We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance/Aisle Master Driver to join our busy warehouse and logistics team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse operative or FLT driver looking to develop their skills and gain experience operating an Aisle Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate an Aisle Master truck within the warehouse.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage stock and warehouse activities.
• De-cant bumpers from stillages and replenish pick faces.
• Pick parts onto trolleys when required.
• Deliver parts to the production line to support the team.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Work effectively as part of a busy warehouse and production support team.

Full training will be provided on the Aisle Master, WMS system and relevant warehouse processes.

Candidate Requirements

• A valid Aisle Master licence is preferred.
• Candidates without an Aisle Master licence will be considered if they hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Willingness to be trained and quickly upskilled to Aisle Master.
• Previous experience in a similar warehouse, logistics or FLT role.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
• Good awareness of health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
