HGV 2 driver - Bristol

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an HGV 2 driver to work with a leading logistics company in Bristol. This role involves completing multi-drop deliveries safely and on time, ensuring all transport and health and safety regulations are met.

Shift patterns:
• 08:00 - 16:00
• Monday to Friday
• Fixed schedule

Pay rates:
• 20.13 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for HGV 2 driver:
• Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Previous multi-drop experience
• Eligibility for an airside pass, including a 5-year check and DBS
• Strong knowledge of driving laws, health and safety, and tachograph rules

Role for HGV 2 driver:
• Complete multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and after shifts
• Manage paperwork and proof of delivery documentation
• Follow planned routes while adapting to changing traffic conditions
• Maintain compliance with transport and health and safety regulations
