Production Operative - Hounslow

Shift patterns:
• 06:00 - 14:30
• Monday to Sunday
• Fixed shifts

Pay rates:
• £12.71  hourly

Must-have requirements for Production Operative:
• You must provide a full 5-year work, education, and address history with no gaps.
• If you lived outside the UK for over 6 months, an overseas criminal record check is required.
• A Basic DBS check is mandatory for airside clearance, and you must have no unspent convictions.
• You must hold long-term UK work rights (British passport, ILR, or Settled Status).
• An HMRC employment letter is required.
• You must live within 40 minutes of the site and be flexible with shifts and days.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
• Previous experience in a fast-moving, trolley-based, or temperature-controlled environment.
• Experience working within a diverse, multi-cultural team.
• Food Safety Level 2 certificate (training can be provided if required).
• A positive, energetic, can-do attitude and the drive to work in a fast-paced setting.
