Salary: GBP40000 - GBP40000 per annum + + Bonus + Company Benefits

Hampton's are working in partnership with a highly reputable Adult social care provider.  As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit a Registered Manager for a 38-bed Residential home for the Elderly in Leicestershire.

You will be taking on a well-run service that prides itself on its impeccable quality standards.

Salary: £40,000 + Bonus + Company Benefits
Hours: 39 hours Monday - Friday
Location: Leicester

The successful candidate will have:

  • A level 5 Diploma (or working towards completing their level 5) in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience of working at management level within care services.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulatory standards and expectations.
  • Experience of working with / caring for the Elderly.
  • Great leadership skills.
  • A strong yet adaptable management style.
