About the Opportunity:
A large tertiary Hospital in Darwin is seeking a Director of Medical Services for an 8-week assignment beginning 29th June 2020. It is a multi-site primary health care service including custodial services. The DMS will report to General Manager Primary Health Care. You will have line management of Medical Recruitment, Rural Medical Practitioners, Various administration and policy functions. The role will also require you to provide clinical and administrative leadership to RMP’s.
The doctor is expected to arrive in Darwin on 13 June. A mandatory quarantine period of two weeks from 14 June for 14 days. (If still required)

Essential Criteria:
- FACRRM
- Requires thorough understanding of matters relating to Aboriginal health culture
- Minimum three years as a Medical Administrator
