Methods Engineer (Work Winning)

We are seeking an experienced Methods Engineer to join our clients Work Winning team, supporting the successful delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure bids. This is a key role focused on developing construction methodologies, technical submissions, project plans, and innovative solutions for complex projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical methodologies, tender submissions, and work plans.
• Review tender documents, specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop project programmes, resource plans, and budget forecasts.
• Identify risks and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with bid managers, planners, operational teams, and supply chain partners. 

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience within civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, tendering, and project planning.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
