About the Role          

The Manager will play an essential role in achieving E78’s mission by integrating expertise in financial management and performance improvement to meet client requirements. This role is primarily client-facing, concentrating on relationship management, revenue cycle management, process improvement, financial planning and analysis, and business development. This individual will engage with clients to understand their business needs and utilize team resources to provide leadership through the delivery of actionable data, information, and insights. Additionally, the Manager will contribute to the strategic direction, innovation, and growth of E78.

Expectations & Duties

Revenue Cycle Management (L2C)

  • Perform strategic management of revenue from lead to ledger, optimizing the lead-to-order and order-to-cash value chain

Process Improvement (S&OP)

  • Optimize go-to-market processes that align sales, operations, and service to enable executive decision-making

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Perform financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, business intelligence and analytics to achieve financial health

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm; Consulting experience required.
  • A solid track record of achievement and success in and out of the industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-value, and high-impact projects for clients across various industries and domains.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and inspire teams and clients.
  • Extensive knowledge of the strategy consulting industry.
